The show was created in 2011,and performed at the Brewery Arts Centre, Kendal. It was fun to bring 'Beasts and Beauties' to the children of Kendal. The audiences were great and really enjoyed this non traditional christmas fare.

The stories for the show were written by Carol Ann-Duffy and dramatised for the stage by Tim Supple and Melly Sill, the show is made up of 8 tales from Europe, some well known such as 'The Emperor's new clothes'and some less well known such as 'The Juniper tree'. 

The show was created in co-production with the Brewery Arts centre following last years co-production of Roald Dahl’s Danny Champion of the World.
